"Will definitely come again but some dimmed lighting and light music might help the spa ambience."

Good choice at breakfast. Staff fantastic and friendly, joel in the spa was great. Good spa facilities when available. Good location, close to town. Bar was nice.

Some kids snuck into the spa and ruined the experience, jumping into the pool and splashing everyone. Joel was very professional and requested they leave a few times but they didnt straight away. It felt unfair that staff were left to deal with this on their own whilst managing their normal duties. There should be more security procedure in place to prevent this.

"Great hotel not to far from the centre"

The hotel was very clean nice staff and great bar area

When we checked in I was over priced by £80 I told them they apologised upgraded our room and got beer vouchers the breakfast wasn’t worth the money sausages not good 2nd morning no eggs or bacon
