After the receptionist finally finished her joint we were able to check in. Found the room to be humid, bugs in the bathtub, and the vanity cracked. Everything overall looked very dated and a nice smokers yellow, which is odd for a smoke free facility.

It was unreal. I’m pretty sure nobody washed the sheets or clean the room. Basically it felt like you’re going to Baltimore. Respectfully, it felt like I was in the trenches. Everything was old as hell. It definitely was not worth the stay or the money I paid for two days, which is crazy. Basically it’s false advertisement because nothing look like that picture at all. It was a major disappointment.

I was placed in a room with stains on the sheets, holes in the wall, and ceiling tiles missing!!! I asked to switch rooms, and the next room had a TV that didnt work!!! I returned my key, left the property, and found different accommodations... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

In the site it's mentioned continental breakfast is included but there was no breakfast at all and the bed sheets were not clean, bathroom lock was not working

Comfortable bed great water pressure I would recommend bringing air fresheners it was a little musty

The receptionist was the only good thing about this hotel

Very disappointing the place is very disgusting and dirty it look like the room was slept in for a week and never get cleaned. The top layer sheet looks clean but if you peel the layers back then you will vomit . The manager said it was a non smoking room and man I tell you he was a damn lier

Sheets and doona were stained heavily. Plaster falling from the ceiling. Horrible neighbourhood. Bums asking for money daily. Homeless everywhere. Should’ve googled Portsmouth VA and Super 8 before booking. It’s basically the dregs of society.

Th is started at the lobby. Dirty with junk all around. The area looked unsafe. The room felt creepy, TV didn’t work. Luckily no bugs. I booked for two nights and was so tired from driving over 9 hundred miles. I slept in my clothes and left as soon as I could and requested a refund. I just don’t know why someone runs this.
