Bath very slippery and hard to get in and out of without a rail Air con not working - but were given a fan which helped

Good location for a family party

Room was dirty. Aircon not working. Plus a member of staff just walked into the room as we were on the bed in the afternoon. Reception was informed but no action Tried to email hotel, really after compensate as felt very very uneasy in room in case someone else walked in
