Standard Room. Shower flow was absolutely terrible. Not enough top up of coffee, sugar, milk sachets daily. Plus housekeeping/ reception phone pickup was a bit too slow. Quality of pillows too was terrible. However, the room was clean and tidy.

This hotel was excellent and I will recommend to my friends and family. The room was outstanding, spacious, and very clean. The eco style bathroom products were lovely. The bed was super comfortable and being on the 13th floor, was quiet from road noise. Very convenient with the tram stop right outside and easy access to all the tourist spots. I will be back to stay again.

Our stay was pretty good, we were upgraded to a premium room as it was my partners 30th birthday. The room was very clean and comfy and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good with many options but did not vary from day to day. Unfortunately despite saying the rooms were sound proof we were between the lifts and a room with two crying babies which kept us awake a few nights. They were also painting the floor we were staying on and one night we returned to the room to find it stunk of paint fumes and the windows did not open to air out the room. Parking was also quite expensive.

Great location, but the room was terrible. The soundproofing is awful, I had a neighbour come back at 3am and could hear every word of her hour-long phone conversation. I could also hear people in the hall constantly and upstairs. The temperature control didn't work either. The staff are nice, view was lovely, and it was a clean hotel. But the noise really ruined the experience.
