Great location, I stay regularly and really the only complaint would be there is never enough staff at breakfast or at the bar .. the staff that are there are always polite even when rushed off their feet

We had a good experience! The staff were wonderful, and the location was perfect, walking distance to everything and right in front of the tram stop. Our fridge stopped working, but maintenance replaced it within 10 minutes, which was impressive. Overall, a wonderful place to stay.

Too crowded at breakfast restaurant. No cutlery until asked for it and no much variety of food. Room conditions is good but hard to differentiate hot and cold taps. Chargrilled restaurant service is poor. Food is not hot / warm and needs improvement on taste. Hotel receptionists are polite and welcoming.

We stayed here because it was convenient for our needs that weekend. Having the tram stop right outside the hotel was pleasant surprise which we took full advantage of to get to restaurants & shopping.
