We didn’t get the water available in room.

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, I had an issue that had nothing to do with the hotel and they still went of of their way to help me. The location is really nice as you're close to everything but you aren't in the heart of the town (so it's nice and quiet) and the views are just incredible. Really loved having a fireplace in the room. The beds were super comfy.

You do hear trains go by but that did not bother me at all personally.

Good location

I asked for an extra warm blanket, but they said they didn’t have any extras. No way a hotel doesn’t carry any extra blankets, it was really disappointing and unexpected.

Kamer is geen enkele keer schoon gemaakt, dus ook geen nieuwe handdoeken gekregen (pas nadat we er zelf uitdrukkelijk om vroegen) en de vuilnis werd niet leeggemaakt. Douchekop was niet goed, er kwam geen fijne straal uit. Bad konden we niet gebruiken omdat de stop niet werkte. Er was een kachel/haardvuur in de kamer, maar zodra we dat wilden aanzetten ging het alarm af.

Location and good restaurant attached.

Better lighting needed. Ie. Individual bedside lights.
