"Convenient place to stay near Banff"

Nice communication experience. Everything could be handled on-line without ever talking to the staff. Overall, good experience if you want to stay nearby Banff. Clean, comfy beds, pretty standard stuff you would typically expect from a hotel for a short stay.

Bathing amenities they provide (body soap, shampoo, etc) feel quite cheap given location premium. Many cheaper hotels provide much better amenities.

"Northwinds Hotel"

The Northwnds hotel was perfect. The view from the balcony was outstanding. The TV came with a Netflix account with an account named guest that I could use, and the people at the front desk were very nice. I like how they had a passcode and not a keycard. Had 2 others with me, so it made it easier to get to our room because I did not need to go to one of the others with me to get the card.
