Please Do Not rely on the promotional photos as a reference, if the hotel ever looked that nice, it was either under previous management or those photos were edited by a pro. Our issues with this "hotel" have been mentioned in reviews by hundreds of others, numerous times, unfortunately we booked last minute & didn't check. 1. We were initially given a room that hadn't been cleaned yet, when we asked to get a different room, the front desk person tried to downgrade us. 2. Having traveled alot, we know that some folks have a different idea of clean than others. This place went way beyond dirty, tipping the scale all the way to gross, unsanitary, potentially hazardous. Trash, broken fixtures, unlit parking lot, mold... 3. We paid the weekend rate, plus deposit...I have no clue how they could tell that guests damaged a room, smoked in a room or ran a full scale drug operation out of a room- the rooms look like any or all of the above may have taken place very recently. 4. They do not have a hot tub- its been broken for centuries. They don't have a pool either- it looks & smells like an outdoor pond- indoors- with no circulating airflow. 5. Breakfast- The OJ was delicious.
