The location

It was absolutely filthy. They originally put us in a room that had NOT been cleaned. Filth all over the walls…. Old food in the cabinets, old pepperoni on the floor.. and the last person to rent the rooms old takeout in the kitchen!!! Absolutely awful. Then they gave us a new room after my second time saying something, and I had to move two kids including a 2 month old and all their stuff/crib up to the second floor by myself. Then, when we went to the pool, after about five minutes I realized it was a SERIOUS health and safety hazard and immediately got my son out of the water and out of the pool room. There is NO ventilation in the room…. Mold and MOSS growing on the walls and floors, the rusted pipes and walls drip with chemicals and water, and the non functioning air vent was COVERED in black soot. Someone needs to abut this place down before someone gets seriously ill from that pool. The air is stagnant and FULL of pool chemical filled steam and condensation… mold. It was absolutely terrifying. If I had the option to post MORE of the photos I had taken. I would.

Very old, dirty. Neither of the water fountains worked, the water dispenser in the gym was empty even when I asked 3 times. Keys didn’t work, had to get them re programmed every time I left the room.

Charged me again upon arrival after paying online I told the gentleman it's already paid and he talked to me like I was stupid and told me to call booking.com. I did. Just for them to call the front desk and for him to tell them it's already been fixed. 🙄 Just listen to people maybe🤷🏻‍♀️.

No hot water both of my stays 2 different rooms.
