When I booked this hotel, one of my filters was that it was pet friendly. This hotel is pet friendly. They do not allow pets. Since I had my dog with me, I was left to find another hotel. I was not happy, and I think booking.com owes me a refund.

"Oler, run down hotel, non professional. Close to HOF."

The only thing that we liked was the proximity to the HOF.

Room was not ready at 4pm. Front desk was not professional, no name tag, etc. Hotel was poorly lit and dingy. carpet molding between living area and bed was raised and a major trip hazard. Bathroom was dirty and cleaning solution bottle left in shower. Room had bad lighting. Breakfast was poor at best. Overall great proximity to HOF, why we were there, but terrible hotel.

Nothing very disappointed trash in hallways general hallways elevators dirty trash outside the buildings

Trash in hallways no service for room had to ask for towels for second day. All vending machines out of order. Basically very unkept. Crack in bathroom ceiling and water stains from a leak. Hanger on wall falling out of wall. I wouldn't stay at one there hotels ever again
