Castle Oaks House Hotel

We attended a wedding on 28th in the hotel and stayed over in one of the lodges. Staff very friendly. One of the managers there Patricia Bolton was excellent. Very friendly and super efficient with great eye to detail. Food was very good. Lodges could do with upgrading/revamping. Overall very enjoyable experience

Josephine and James, should launch their own tv show. Needs to be picked up by goggle box rte however, that said.... fantastic staff, great craic, diligient, and nothing is a hassle. 100% recommend staying here for the ambience and coziness of it all! Will be back!

We stayed as a party of 10. We brought our pet dog and stayed in 2 of the lodges and had 2 hotel rooms. We were warmly greeted by all the staff at reception and even had complimentary goodies in our rooms. We loved the christmas atmosphere and cosyness of the hotel. All staff were absoloutley outstandingly helpful and polite. We loved our waitress Josephine im the bar. She was so warm amd friendly. She was so attentive to our large party of 10 and kept us all feeling so well looked after. We will be back! Thanks Clodagh Santonacci

Rooms are very small and not at all what photos look like. Walls are paper thin and can hear everything from the hallways. Old style door locks very flimsy and hard to know if you have the door locked. Another guest walked into our room at one stage when we thought door was locked.

Stephanie went above & beyond for us, she was so helpful and kind. We had a lovely stay and found the staff so pleasant. 10/10

It was a lovely room & perfectly clean . The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice .The service was excellent by lovely bright young waiters.

Stay here so often, amazing service & staff, especially Stephanie, you couldn’t want or need with Stephanie as your host / reception, an amazing asset to have to the team! Also the place is 10/10 for food AND drinks, feels so welcoming

We had our work Christmas Party in the Castle Oaks. 45 of us sat for a fun packed dining experience, quiz, dancing, craic agus ceol. The staff were so helpful and accommodating throughout. A lovely meal, hot, tasty and timely. The service was seamless and thoughtful. Casino night brought even more fun. Over half of us stayed the night. The rooms were lovely, warm and cosy. The breakfast was very welcome and fulfilling. Everyone enjoyed the party so much. We have made some treasured memories. Thank you all, especially Anna for organising.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in early December. The hotel is old fashioned with a long stairway up to the rooms which was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The room itself was modern with in room tea/coffee facilities, hairdryer, iron & ironing board. Cleaning staff replenish tea, coffee, towels etc daily. We had breakfast on 2 mornings in the hotel. There's a buffet breakfast with cereals, fruit, pastries. You can also order from the menu. Had dinner here one night. All the food was lovely. We used the gym & pool one day. The gym is large. Bring your own swimming hat or you'll be charged €3 for one. Also bring a euro for the lockers. All of the staff were chatty,friendly and helpful. The hotel is located approximately 15minutes by car from the city.

I stayed in a very spacious room, which was very relaxing after a day of Christmas shopping in Limerick city. It's quite convenient for motorway access and good value for money. The Christmas decorations added to the festive season. It was quiet the night I stayed there so had a good sleep and a lovely breakfast the following morning.
