Castle Oaks House Hotel

Absolutely amazing experience. Hotel was so comfortable and so festive! They catered to every need! Special mention to Stephanie and Kate, the most accommodating members of staff I’ve ever come across in any hotel. They couldn’t have done enough! To have front of staff with the same manner as theirs, is a huge benefit to any organisation. Will definitely be back!

Josephine served us a lovely lunch. She was very attentive and very kind. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. We really enjoyed our lunch. We certainly will be returning. Thank you Josephine for your warm and genuine hospitality.

We were well looked after from the moment we steped into the hotel. From the receptionist to the cleaning team, all were very abliging. Special thanks to Josephine our waitress/bar person who was so helpful and professional.

My 3 friends and I had a lovely girlie night away to celebrate a birthday, from the time we arrived there was lovely happy birthday dessert in our room, our room was beautiful, so comfortable & clean! We dined in the hotel restaurant where we met the lovely Josephine who get us great recommendations for dinner chose swap seen as one of us was coeliac, it was delish. She was so accommodating and kept us entertained the whole time. We had the pleasure of meeting her twin Maggie the following morning at breakfast, another fab lady. The staff in the hotel were so lovely, they couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel is such a lovely hidden gem, lovely & quaint decor, stunning surrounds, fab pool/leisure centre & the best staff! We’ll definitely be back.

The staff were so friendly especially Maggie and Josie. The hotel was homely and so peaceful. Close to Limerick and nice walks in the area. Easy to find hotel. Hotel was clean. The room was comfortable and bed was comfortable. It was great value, we got the dine and stay deal.

Recently spent a most enjoyable midweek break at Castle Oaks House hotel. Location was ideal, just 7 miles from Limerick. Our room was perfect, very clean , very very comfy beds. The hotel had a welcoming relaxed atmosphere which we loved. Food was great. Above all the staff are the Gem of this hotel. All lovely , friendly helpful people, cheerfully and effortlessly attending to all our needs. All this at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this hotel. Jane

I visited the bar today with my mom, and honestly, no words can describe the service we received from Josephine. She is the loveliest woman ever — so kind, genuine, and full of warmth that we honestly wanted to bring her home with us! Josephine completely made our day and will 100% be the reason we return. She deserves every bit of recognition and all the perks in the world — she’s just that fab! The food was also fantastic (highly recommend!), but it was Josephine’s energy and charm that truly made the experience unforgettable. Pure Irish hospitality, she even had the cup warm for our tea!
