Castle Oaks House Hotel

Thourghly enjoyed my visit. Would loved to have access to real coffee (not instant) in room or lobby

We had a fabulous stay at the Castle Oaks hotel. All the staff are lovely, however, Stephanie's professionalism and very warm welcome was what made our stay even better. She went above and beyond and very friendly. Our room was very nice, large and clean. It was very comfortable and breakfast we lovely too. The grounds are gorgeous. Thank you Stephanie for the warm welcome, it was just what I needed :)

I stay in the Castle Oaks when in Limerick for work. Always receive a fantastic welcome from everyone, especially Stephanie on reception. She is always up for a laugh and good ol chat after a long & busy day.

i booked a stay here for me and my wife to enjoy a swim and chill after work but when i got there the hotel informed me the pool was closed if i had know this before i wouldn't have stayed there the food was nice the the breakfast was beautiful the twins that work there are delightful servers also the first room we got had no shower pressure but the receptionist changed our room very quickly

We had an extended family weekend break in the Castle Oaks and I can't talk highly enough of our experience. Mariam in reservations was helpful & professional from our first interaction and made sure to meet me & show me around when we arrived. We had dinner in the bar Fri night and the restaurant Saturday night and the food in both locations was delicious - our party had a variety of dishes and everyone was very pleased with the quality, serving size & taste. The rooms were sizeable & spotless. Finally, all the staff we met were friendly & welcoming but a particular shout out to Mags & Josephine (not the same person!). Both of them couldn't do enough for you, always checking in to see you had enough or needed anything and both of them were the most lovely ladies to have the chats with - a credit to the hotel! We had a great time and are already looking forward to returning in the future. Thoroughly recommend!

We were in Castle Oaks for the 55th anniversary of our grandparents. Our rooms were very beautiful and cosy, and fitted all of our family. Every facility was well taken care of, everything we used was clean. We spent our evenings eating together and had a lovely staff member Josephine making sure everyone was satisfied with their night. We were very pleased with Josephine’s efforts, she is very friendly. In the mornings at breakfast, we also had another lovely staff member checking on us named Maggie. Maggie made sure everyone had breakfast and tea/coffee, and if anyone needed anything else, she showed great enthusiasm to help. Overall, we had a fantastic weekend in Castle Oaks. Family wedding absolutely fabulous staff so very welcoming and extremely friendly and helpful nothing was to much for staff so friendly

Josephine and Maggie are delightful.
