"Good location"

Good location

Room was noisy could hear people on the street. Outdated needs renovation. Reception staff weren’t overly helpful and couldn’t advise if room was centrally heated or you use the panel in the room. Parking on site ridiculously expensive.

"Great location, horrendous check in experience"

Room, location and facilities were great.

Check in process was a nightmare, Ibis blamed 3rd party providers for the confusion (booking.com), it took nearly 2 hours to receive our room keys (booking.com did not help either with no number to call to assist).

"Great location, but overpriced"

Location is amazing and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

They short sheet the king beds. Everytime. Water pressure was horrid. Hot tap all the way on when you tap the cold tap slightly, it all goes cold. Overpriced for what you get.

"Far to expensive for the quality of the facilities"

Location is to convenient for any event at Olympic park.

Cockroaches in the room and toilet system wouldn’t always fill with water after flush. When staff were told in check out there was no concern or offer to refund any of the stay. For $1,200 for 2 nights I would expect better.
