Simones Hotel Fürstenhof

Enjoyed this hotel. Beds were very comfy, A/C worked great, breakfast was nice. No elevator, so make sure you can do stairs. Hotel staff spoke good english and were very helpful. Had a nice young man to carry our bags up the stairs. Rooms had nice bedding, robes, slippers, and a safe, which are always appreciated.

From the quaint, small town setting to the outstanding restaurant, we could not have asked for more. My wife, daughter and I stayed for just one night, but we could have spent a week in Landshut. The hotel staff was friendly and professional. We look forward to returning.

This is a nice hotel. Make no mistake about that. However, if you are like most any other tourist, you will be lugging a big suitcase and possibly a piece of carry-on luggage (roll-aboard) around Europe on your vacation. Therefore, be forewarned, this hotel has no elevator. So, you have to lug "whatever" up a couple flights of stairs to your room. What rankled me, was that the hotel was nearly empty, when I stayed there, and yet the young lady (about 17 years old) at the reception desk said she could not give me another room on a lower floor.

This hotel was meant to be a special experience for my wife and I, and it lived up to my hopes. It may have been a little more expensive than we usually pay for, but it was worth every "cent". It was better than any hotel we stayed at in England, in a similar price category. The furnishings and ambience of the hotel was lovely. I especially loved seeing the female staff (at reception and at breakfast) in traditional costumes. They were beautiful.

We stayed at this hotel bec. the town is near the Munich airport, the town is worth a visit in its own right. The proprietor of the hotel is extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant is fabulous (though a bit expensive). The hotel and the room are lovely, but the room was small for two people.

Real nice people ,professional and careful ,trying to do their best to be of help and to make you feel as one special guest. Last but not least ,worth to mention the stars in the Michelin guide ,earned by the Chef Andre Greul . Compliments to Simone and her team !!!

We were extremely happy with this hotel. Service was brilliant, food exceptional, and rooms very clean and comfortable. Thoroughly recommended.

If you ever wanted a "romantic" hotel this is the place. In addition to superb services at a small, boutique, hotel the room was decorated in early "castle" motif. Rock faced walls, handmade style wood doors, a fully modern bathroom with a handpainted mural and a four poster bed. Although a bit pricey for hotels in Landshut, this is by far one of the best bargains in the "Romantik Hotel" chain. We would stay here again, and to spend longer in Landshut a great, off the beaten path, European city.

This is an excellent, well-appointed and comfortable hotel. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. One of our party had limited mobility and they came up with excellent suggestions for how best to see Landshut. The hotel has no lifts, which wasn't a problem for us, but could be for some. The restaurant is excellent, producing extremely high quality meals. That said, service was quite slow. Best for a celebratory slow meal, not a place for a quick bite.
