"Stilvolles und gemütliches Hotel an sehr guter Lage"

Das Zimmer war stilvoll und hübsch, aber eher klein. Das Personal am Empfang war sehr nett und extrem hilfreich. Das Frühstück war fantastisch, es wurde bedient. Man konnte ein Glas Champagner bestellen! Die Bar mein Eingang ist gemütlich und einladend.

Das Badezimmer war sehr klein. Die Dusche war im Bad integriert. Die Dusche oben funktionierte nicht (Wärmeregler defekt). Der Einstieg in Dusche (also Bad) war extrem hoch, fast gefährlich für ältere Gäste.

The Pand is truly right in the heart of Bruges! The staff are such nice, accommodating people and the rooms are clean and charming. You feel in the heart of the city and tucked away at the same time.

As the name says on the tin, a charming boutique hotel, right in Brugge. Front staff were very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to all the main attractions. Room was large, lots of seating, without feeling cramped.

Would have loved the side of the tub to be lower or better yet, a separate shower.

Everything about this hotel in Bruges was exceptional — the location, comfort, and service were all of the highest standard. We would especially like to express our gratitude for the beautifully served tea in the living room — it was such a thoughtful and elegant touch.
