Le personnelle est vraiment attentionné et a l'écoute et tous notre séjour a l'hôtel a été vraiment génial et incroyable.

Le matelas des lits sont un peut dur et nous avons avec mon conjoint eu du mal et trouver le sommeil ou a dormir correctement mais ceci dit c'est aussi surtout car nous n'avons pas l'habitude de dormir sur des matelas aussi dur

"A memorable stay in a charming hotel in the heart of Bruges"

It was a beautiful stay in a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location - right in the heart of the city, but off the busy main streets. The staff were lovely, and the hotel was so well cared for - clean, serene and elegant. We loved our Junior Suite, which had a panoramic view over the rooftops of Bruges. It was quiet, and so comfortable, with comfy chairs and a super bed. Not to mention the wonderful bathroom, with fabulous bath! The breakfast was delicious, and the dining room had a gentle ambiance. The Pand Hotel is indeed charming and the staff are friendly, giving, and work well as a team. They checked all the boxes of making our stay thoroughly pleasurable in beautiful Bruges.

It is difficult to come up with something we didn't like... Leaving!

There wasn’t enough space in the room for our suitcases. We had two medium size cases (bigger than carry-on).
