Staff, breakfast, nightcap in the lounge, help sorting restaurant booking and taxi, mini lift to bedrooms. Little complimentary bottles of water…and chocolate in room. Pretty much everything.

En suite bathroom was very small. No elbow room on loo, and oddly angled shower head. Air conditioning was easy to work and fabulous temperature, yet very loud in room 302 , but it wasn’t in 303.

The staff both on Reception and at breakfast were so welcoming, polite and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location close to all main sites. Raphael took time to welcome us and gave us helpful guidance to make the most of our stay of the main sites to see. He also made recommendations for restaurants and made the reservations for us. We had a superb meal on our first night. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet and air conditioning worked well. The standard of decor throughout was high. Would recommend to others.
