Emplacement idéal... Personnel impeccable

Stores cassés à chacune des fenêtres... Celles-ci ne s'ouvrent que de 15cm... Prix beaucoup trop élevé

Everything was perfect. The location was perfect. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and very kind and friendly staff... Breakfast was astonishing, highly recommended to book with breakfast. Very good add by the hotel to provide you with umbrellas at the exit

"An elegant hotel with great access to the centre of Bruges."

The ambience, the staff and the breakfast was superb. The room although not the dearest was really nice. Very nice stay at this hotel. Only I hope that the cost is not too high later in the year.

I would have liked a separate shower but the bathroom was nice.

"Going to Bruges? Stay at the Pand!"

The Pand is like a home away from home. The staff are always so accommodating and the breakfast, Christmas decorations and ambiance were lovely. It was a wonderful way to spend my birthday

The stairs are a bit tight and the loft is small which makes moving things with a young child tricky but definitely not impossible! And everyone helps!
