Arena by the Beach

I prepaid for junior suite with balcony sea view I got the worth room I ever been in my life the stuff and what ever they call manager are most unprofessional you could imagine stay away ...never again stay in this even for free very disappointed

Hotel staff denied my 3 night reservation and climbed that i booked only 2 nights

Great location, right on the beach. Free underground parking. Great breakfast. Nice view. The hotel and the beach nearby could benefit from some maintenance.

Nothing was unique i had to almost clean my room go get my own towel. They did not clean the rooms 2 days . I did not sleep in the room fir two nights and they never went in to do the room so i went downstairs to complain and finally they sent someone. It was probably the worst hotel i ever stayed in my life plus expedia made an error inthe Reservation, they put us in the wrong location in a different city away from the wedding we went to Israel for, and then they could not swich us. It was horrible.

The onsite parking is a huge plus in Israel and the breakfast was decent at well. However, you should arrive early as the hot food gets cold. The building is old and showing its ago so don't expect modern but it was decent for it's price. The staff is very friend and helpful. Keep in mind that this is the middle east and is not what most westerners are accustomed to. But having traveled the Middle East a lot, this is a decent place to stay.

Friendly staff but the place condition is not as clean. Great food Morning Buffet and the staff at the dinning hall awesome!

I did not get a beach view room as mentioned on the website. Also, the elevator was not in proper condition.
