Arena by the Beach

The location and staff and the breakfast . The parking was a little weared because you have to exit your car and ask one of the security to open the gate. This is so inconvenient. But other than that e everything was OK

Great place to stay, beautiful hotel with amazing views of the ocean. Price is right as compared to Tel Aviv, much better choice for those who wish to stay right on the ocean. Tel Aviv and Jaffa just a short cab ride away. We actually walked to Jaffa. The walk in either direction on the Bat Yam Promenade is gorgeous. Plenty of great restaurants and cafes walking distance on main strip. The Israeli breakfast served on the 7th floor is exceptional. Don't miss it. My wife and I loved our stay and will make this our go-to spot when staying in the Tel Aviv Metro area.

The staff was exceptionally helpful particularly Avner, ammon and sofie at the front desk. I am very glad to have chosen the property since it offered space, great breakfast staff.

We stay here when visiting our family. This is a great location across the street from the beach and boardwalk. Many restaurants nearby and much less crowded than tel Aviv. Nearly every room has a balcony that looks out over the beach and sea. Outstanding breakfast buffet and can get eggs to order too. Rooms are simply furnished and roomy. Free parking garage.

Enjoyed being upgraded to a big, comfy room. The overall feel of the hotel is pretty fatiqued and a bit old. Maintainance not always good, but crew was friendly and did they're best to help. Breakfast was generous.

The rooms are all suites. There is a 24hr supermarket just outside

Rundown Hotel with leaking walls and windows. Need complet renovation. It is not livable in current conditions, Service has not organized and few very good people trying their best could not change overall disaster service conditions.

Excellent location. Little bit aged, but nice stuff. Underground parking. Excellent breakfast.

The hotel is in very poor condition. We got there after 24 hours of travel from the US... the water in the shower is totally brown. We asked to be moved to a different room and they changed our room to another room (smaller than what we paid for) that didn't have hot water! The next day they moved us to another room that totally smelled like cigarette smoke and had the same brown water in the shower problem. We cancelled our reservation that day and will never come back to this shabby excuse for a hotel!

Good apartment hotel on the beach front close to bars and restaurants. Very good buffet breakfast, helpful staff and free parking.
