"Good"

Behind the place looks like a junkyard, the parking lot was half gravel and there were potholes large enough to eat cars alive. The place is old and not aging gracefully.

A little outdated but super clean and very friendly staff. Beds were comfy and the place is dog friendly. Definitely recommend this place!

There are no other hotels within 20 miles of the Summit. The staff could hardly speak any English and actually was unable understand many of the questions we asked about services and local venues and other very basic questions. It is an older establishment and is frequented by hikers, bikers, truckers and skiers during snow season.

"Cheap and ok to stay for one night"

This is a really run down place. I guess this hotel had glorious days in it's past but nowadays it is really shabby. At least the room was cheap.
