The guys selling drugs in the parking lot, the crackheads roaming around, my key had to be reset every time I came back. Everything about the outside was sketchy,

The cost and proximity to Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek.

Upon our return from the concert venue, there was rampant drug and prostitution activity in the hotel parking lot. Which is also shared with a convenience store. Loud music accompanied by tricks twerking on each other on top of vehicles. A food truck in the convenience store parking lot which was open until 2 am. Not conducive to a decent night's sleep. I did not have an expectation that hotel staff was responsible to handle what is a police matter. Although, it is was obvious they don't do anything to discourage it. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. It is.not safe for any patron.

Location and price were are good

When we entered another guess was complaining his tv remote wasn't working. 5 minutes later the only person working handed it back to him and said, "Sometimes they just don't work". Ours didn't work in our room either. I think the batteries needed to be changed.

Terrible location. Blatant prostitutes and drug dealers and addicts in the parking lot. Did not feel safe at all! Room had to be changed as there was dirty sheets and roaches in the bed. One of the nastiest hotels ive seen in years. The pictures look nothing like the actual hotel.

Bed we're comfortable clean and so was bathroom

Pillow were very comfortable breakfast not much chose from

I liked the cleanliness, the hotel staff, and the comfort and convenience.
