Hallways smelled awful. Elevator wasn’t working and nowhere to fill up water. Rooms were pretty dirty

The room was decent.

The man at the desk was rude when I came to check in. He put me in a room that had a broken bed then his attitude got worse because I requested to be put in another room. The breakfast was not what was shown online. They told me that me and my wife could not take our breakfast up to our room but he let 2 people leave and take their food up to their room. Lastly someone side swiped the side of my car. First time in this city and had the worst experience.

Room smelled sooo bad. Like a men’s locker room

This was a terrible experience, from check in where we asked if the (obviously broken) elevator worked because of how long it was taking to go up. The hotel was filled with cigarette smoke. When we complained because my child has sensitive airways we were ignored. Roaches in the bedroom. Nasty breakfast bar. When we talked to the attending manager we were told that we should have spoken to the other guests who were smoking, and told that we weren’t important enough to speak with the general manager. Terrible experience, would never stay at one of these hotels again.

The floor was dirty near the beds, sticky film. One bed by the wall was hanging off the platform which was open and could see the dirt/garbage under the bed. The mattresses were very hard and pillows were stained.

The cost was decent.

Breakfast. Water in the pancake batter, so it didnt cook right. No toaster to make toast. No Grits. No butter. Coffee was empty, Out of Orange Juice. Milk was warm

When I arrived at the hotel there were police, forensics, and homicide detectives in the room a couple a doors down from my room . It was like an episode of First 48 in there . Mold was in the first room they gave me and I had to change rooms. Prostitution, and rude front desk workers. People were arguing in the hallway in the middle of the night, loud talking and laughing while people were trying to get rest during the night.
