"For one time and one night was enough I won’t stay here again."

Near to the place I wanted to go

The toilet was leaking, and it looked like the leak had been there for a long time. The bathtub had an ugly yellow stain, and the drain was dirty as well. There was a long hair stuck in the ceiling. The floor in the room also looked like it had not been cleaned.

The housekeepers were great and very helpful

Front counter staff had NO CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS. I as made feel I was an inconvenience. When I went to do laundry I told them the vending machine was not working. I was informed I HAD TO GET THE SOAP FROM THE FRONT COUNTER. HE TOLD ME IT WOULD BE $1.50 per soap and softener each. I explained the vending machine said $1.25. Launders was 3.50 to wash and 3.50 to dry!!!!! So for one load of clothes it was $10!!!!!! Continental breakfast was a joke stale bread for toast. No fruit, no begals , no milk for cereal. No date on waffle mix. Told you could not eat in your room!!!! No trash can to dispose of waste. This place did not display the Wyndum standards at all
