"It served its purpose."

Sheets were clean, carpet vacuumed, breakfast stocked. The woman stocking was friendly and very kind. The dining area was always sparkling clean! :)

I could tell remodeling was done and done quickly with lack of detail to cleanliness in the bathroom. There was spilled paint on the bathroom floors and the showers discolored and stained. The large cabinet in the room was leaning like it was about to break or the floors are uneven on the top floor. The people at the front lacked empathy and kindness. A lot of times there was no one at the front desk-even after I witnessed a teenage boy ring the desk bell multiple times, needing help. I also frowned upon allowing large groups of people bring boxes of Coors Light (beer) and drink in the lobby like they were having a party. I had my children staying with me for a dance competition. Very distasteful. I would have went to another hotel but everything was full in the area.

"It was okay for the two of us and we would stay again."

The room was small but plenty big enough for the two of us. It was clean and comfortable. The temperature control was very good. The ironing board worked fine and the blow dryer was good. I would stay there again.

The beds are very comfortable. The rooms and common area are clean and the breakfast wasn’t so bad. I loved that we were downstairs.

It’s not that bad, but when I had called for an early check in she said my room was ready. I went there to check in 30 minutes before 3 (check in time) the staff was talking amongst each other in front of me, saying “I guess people can’t read that check in is at 3” it might have been a harmless comment, but it was a little offensive considering I gave a 2 hour advance call, and checked in only 30 minutes before and was willing to pay if needed.

Dead bugs in the room, alive ants crawling on the walls, stains on drapes, bed, smelled really weird in the room.
