Was on bottom floor by door so was able to get dog out for potty breaks easily.

I felt safe at the location clean room soft towels

How to change rooms due to heating was not working in room The woman that worked the evening shift was rude and told us we would have to wait for maintenance and I insisted that we moved to another room we were moved to another room on the second floor away from our family and we had a crying baby in one room and partiers and the other side of us difficult time sleeping but we were exhausted due to being in Kansas City for for a death in the family The gentleman that checked us in was great The gentleman that checked the same gentleman checked us out in the morning was great but the evening lady staff was unfriendly and rude

Everything i needed was in the room. Especially the refrigerator and the microwave.

The room can be cold a times. I don't like the fact that we couldn't get water to drink except in the morning. There can be hotel services where people can order food
