Hot water.

Every tile in the bathroom was broken. I had to wear shoes in there or my feet would have been cut. The TV turned off every hour no matter if I was watching it or not. The refrigerator was making a horrific noise all night. And there was a ton of noise coming from above my room until 3 on the morning. I called the front desk and they did nothing.

For a continental breakfast, it was ok…nothing exceptional. Loved the daily room service! Clean towels every day!! And our beds made daily! Thank you!

The breakfast sandwiches were gone 2 of the 4 mornings that we were there, even tho there was still an hour left in the dining schedule.
