Quality Inn Overland Park Kansas City

The room space, the natural light during the day in the room, the breakfast, and good customer service, the room was clean and the shower and toilet were clean too.

It was in a hidden place very close to Motel 6 which is not a good Motel.

Actual hot chocolate at a breakfast bar. Very clean feeling in eating area, room, building, parking lot. Staff was nice and friendly, from Mr. Peter Naik to A-be.. Felt safe in the area the hotel was at, too. Never know when in a new area.

Price and location were great.

Room was kinda small. Had a friend over for drinks and we had to sit on the bed because there was no space. Also, I caught 8 stink bugs in the room.

The location was great and exactly what I needed.

It was a bit outdated as it’s an older property but everything was clean and functional.

The bed was very comfortable, the location was great and the value was great compared to other hotels in that part of town which is a very nice area.

The TV didn't work - "no connection" and you could tell the cable going into the TV was broken. We reported it to the staff right away, he said he would come up in 10 minutes and look at it, an hour later we went downstairs and he was just sitting there. He then said there was nothing he could do about it and we'd have to talk to the manager in the morning. There was no manager there in the morning and by then it was time to check out. So we did not have a TV the entire stay.

Very clean and locality.

The lady at the counter could've been a little nicer. Being that I only had to deal with her about 5 minutes wasn't really that bad.

The staff was nice. The room was pretty worn down with the floor in the bathroom being cracked all over. The bed was comfy and clean. The floors in my room weren’t vacuumed very well and there was an old smokey smell in the hall which kind of permeated my room. When I left all of my stuff had kind of a strange smell. I knew I wasn’t getting a 5 star hotel when I made the purchase, however I wish things felt a little cleaner.

Asked to have a bedside lamp repaired that never happened. Ran out of toilet paper and towels. Carpet dirty. Bad smell in room. No eggs or protein at breakfast.
