El hotel es una belleza, es quedarse en una parte de la historia de Portugal. Es muy fiel al palacio original. La atención del servicio es excelente, y la calidad de las comidas tanto del restorán como del desayuno, excepcional. El silencio y la calma del lugar es otro valor a destacar, más con lo concurrida que esta Sintra en estos tiempos.

Todo fue excelente. Solo a modo constructivo, se podría esperar que los jardines estuvieran algo mejor conservados y equipados para el disfrute. Inclusive anexar algunos sectores que parecían clausurados. Solo a modo de potencial mejora, y en nada afecta esto a la estancia.

"Not the polished experience we expected for the cost as if they were just opening for the season"

A beautiful building to look at. We enjoyed the pool area and the breakfast experience was exceptional as were the restaurant staff.

The gardens were disappointing as if abandoned. The reception guy who showed us to our room and sat at reception (beard)barely acknowledged us as we came and went.
