This is the most incredible hotel I’ve ever experienced. Beautiful, charming, historic, accommodating. Everything is first class— from linen cocktail napkins to shoe shine kits and service. Dining is exquisite either for breakfast for dinner. Beautiful gardens, superior staff and even a historian to explain the rich history of this well-appointed hotel. A five-star venue. Janet

Historical building . Very helpful front desk.

Bed small by luxury hotel standards. Hotel generally has slightly faded air.Breakfast take away provided on account of our early departure poor for this class of hotel.

"Entre le lieu de rêve et le palace un peu déchu."

J'étais venu dans cet hôtel en 1997 et 2001 et c'était un lieu de rêve. il le reste, mais il y a un laisser aller, une atmosphère de palace un peu déchu, des châssis vieillis et abimés, des rénovations qui ne sont pas opérées tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur.... Petit-déjeuner excellent.

Un membre du personnel qui ne doit pas être assimilé aux autres qui a de toute évidence fait preuve de racisme s'interrogeant à deux reprises, de manière suspicieuse, sur le fait qu'un membre de ma famille était bien un client de l'hôtel.

Fantastic warm hospitality. Breakfast was delicious

The mattress was too soft; we woke up with back pain. Other than that, everything was wonderful.
