"The worst"

This hotel had no heat in the room they put us in . The portable safe was broken. There were staff in and out of our room to fix the heat and the safe . Two portable heaters were brought in . Only breakfast was served . We were booked for 4 days , left after 2 days and couldn’t get our money back . It’s a beautiful palace the hotel reception was very rude when we asked if it was going to rain .

"Royal experience"

It felt magical. Very well maintained, cleand and with all details proper to a Palace. We were treated like royalty.

It’s just a recommendation: to add full body mirrors in the room.

Eine wunderschöne Anlage mit sehr aufmerksamen Personal. Das Essen war sehr gut.

Die Bar ist im Vergleich zum Haus nicht ganz so schön. Es war recht kühl und die Lüftung sehr laut. Auch war der Service in der Bar nicht so aufmerksam wie im Rest des Hauses.

"It’s a fabulous palace. We felt like royalty"

It’s so beautiful. The staff were kind and attentive. There was a lovely piano player, stefano, on Christmas Eve. He sang and played our favorite songs which felt festive and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable. The view was amazing. Breakfast was a very rich spread.

The hotel was superb: the staff exceptionally courteous, the room spacious and attractive, the breakfast delicious with lots of options and an amazing selection of fruits. The grounds were lovely and the hotel immaculately maintained.

Todo fue una gran experiencia.

Realmente todo nos gusto. Una observación es que al bañarse el agua de la regadera no sale a la temperatura que eliges todo el tiempo. va cambiando y pasa de la temperatura que elegiste a super caliente y luego a fría.
