"Old world charm"

Exceptional breakfast and dinner service, worth going to dinner even if not staying at the hotel. 10/10 to staff. Issue with out taxi upon check out, front desk were on it in a flash and arranged alternative transport.

Bathroom in our room needs an upgrade.

"Loved our stay!"

Wonderful hotel in a historic building. Great staff! Ask for a historical tour of the place - done by the manager, who clearly enjoyed doing the tour. Was a really fun 45 minutes. And breakfast was fabulous as well. One caveat: it is a 10-15 minute walk from the center of Sintra, and while the locals do it, we don’t recommend walking back in the dark after your dinner. We took a taxi back each time, which is a bit of a convoluted process because of the many twisting one-way streets. But Sintra is great - don’t miss it!

"Perfection"

באמת שחשבו על הכל. מהמראה המוגדלת באמבטיה, חימום המגבות, שוקולד על המיטה בערב. יין בחדר. ההרגשה שאתה מלך- בוקר טוב גב כהן כשאתה נכנס למלון , פותחים לך את הדלת, השירות המדהים בארוחת בוקר ובכלל הכל היה פשוט מושלם!!!

השהייה שלנו היתה קצרה מידי, ממש מתחשק להישאר שם עוד
