Fabulous breakfast and lovely staff in all departments . Loved the pool when the sun was out and relaxing setting. Daniel, Bruno and Josieli were especially attentive and keen to get everything just right for us.

"A fabulous place to stay!"

Beautiful, historic place. Exceptionally clean. Great down pillows! Fabulous staff - very friendly and very helpful. Excellent breakfast! Beautiful grounds, great views!

The room would have been perfect if it had two lounge chairs by the table at foot of the bed.

"Rude. Derelict. Pretentious."

Worst experience ever. Run-down, decaying, and completely lifeless. Both people and place. The staff here seem to despise their job, and guests are treated like unwanted burden. The front desk girl sets a new low in rudeness — eye-rolling, finger-tapping, and pure contempt. The place is cheaply thrown together. You pay premium prices for a leaking toilet and a plastic bathtub straight out of a budget hostel. Soundproofing is nonexistent —when the guests upstairs start their fun, you’ll hear every single thing, with the chandelier creaking in time with them. The only human touch comes from a young man named Pedro — polite, kind, and clearly too good for this sinking ship.
