Era la tercera vez que repetíamos experiencia, destaco la AMABILIDAD del personal.

Elegimos una habitación con vistas a la piscina y nos pusieron una bastante anticuada y con vista diferente a la acordada con el hotel. - fallo agua caliente - ventanas sin apertura - ruido horrible de cisterna - baño muy anticuado (no hablo de estilo decorativo, hablo que está todo viejo) Hemos sido fans de este hotel y nuestra expectativas han cambiado desde este fin de semana. Un hotel de lujo no puede permitirse este tipo de errores.

"Great historically building to visit Sintra in a good location."

Great location for sightseeing in beautiful grounds. Felt very grand and a special place to stay. Breakfast was excellent!

We had a standard double bed, which we failed to notice at time of booing, which felt small and as we stayed out of season so it felt a little empty.
