HORRIBLE HOTEL. DO NOT STAY. VERY ANGRY STAFF. NO HELP. ALSO VERY DIRTY AND FEELS UNSAFE AT NIGHTTIME. THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE FROZEN MICROWAVABLE FOOD. THE WINE WAS SERVED WITH DIRTY PLATES AND GLASSES.

The washroom in the common area had 3 cubicles - two of which had broken locks - not good in a 4 star hotel. We ordered a cake with a coffee and a beer - the cake was stale. The evening before we departed we were informed that there are always taxis outside - at 05.45 there were none. The man on the desk had to phone for a taxi ( we were the only people waiting to leave) - the taxi delivered us to the airport - about a 10 min drive - he asked for €30 for the trip - I was appalled, the hotel / or the front desk is using a rip off artist. We had no choice but to pay as we had to catch a flight. Other travellers should take note!

"Quick stay close to airport "

We arrived late at night and checked in and went straight to room. The room was too hot to sleep. We had balcony doors open all night as couldn’t get air conditioning to work. Was like a sauna. Very large bed which was nice but mould in the bathroom by the shower. Nice strong very hot water.
