Pleasant and comfortable rooms, ic a bit plain. Very slow check in

The location is fine if you have business in FIBES, but it's pretty basic apart from that, and (up until I left). The WiFi was useless (for me and colleague on another floor) reported, but was unusable for the 4 days I stayed. I would have said it was fine, but... When I left, I forgot to empty the safe in my room, which had my purse and some travel money (separate). I realised, and phoned back. Spoke with the night reception, who said nobody had reported anything, but their colleague would phone me back (they didn't) phoned in the morning, said room was now occupied, so they couldn't check then (but presumably, safe was still locked) and they'd call back. Didn't. Phoned again, they'd found my wallet. At no point did they call me, even though they had my number, knew I was calling, and my wallet had my business cards in too. I took a taxi back (was in Seville still thankfully) to the collect it. (did ask about the travel money (which had been in a separate, bureau de change envelope) they said no, thought maybe it had been in my suitcase after all, so didn't push), but checked when I got back and no. I think it was in the safe, but maybe it wasn't or was was mistaken for rubbish--the wallet did have everything in it, but it didn't have euros). Even without that, the fact that they didn't call me when they found my wallet is not great, esp when they said they would. If I hadn't called back repeatedly to check, would they have told me? That kind of thing is pretty urgent!

Fantastic hotel Friendly staff Good location for the conference centre

This hotel was rated 4 star! It should have been no more that 2 star! Proximity to the airport was a plus, and that was the main reason I selected it. Rooms were super basic with amenities, nothing! There was nothing nearby, other than Industrial parks and highway.

This was almost perfect as a last-night stopover before flying home from Sevilla. It is close to the airport and had everything we needed. Our room was spacious and modern. The hotel has a cafe and restaurant on premises, and several small eating places are within easy walking distance. Breakfast was about as good as any hotel anywhere, with several hot items. The only cons are that it can be tricky to find without GPS, and that it attracts large bus tours, so that the lobby can get a bitchaotic at times.

My stay was short but vary pleasant. Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

Was expensive for a place out near the airport. The food for dinner in bar area was below average. Overcooked chicken breast, cardboard like pizza. But, the staff was excellent. But, no HBO or Moviestar

Close to airport. 2 restaurants and a cafe with decent food. Rooms were clean but the bedding was a bit stiff.

Able to check in early. Room ok, clean. Bit noisy as it is close to the airport and our room was on the front so we had traffic noise. Lots of little restaurants and bars in the area around the hotel. Breakfast was good value. Taxi rank outside so we could get to the airport. Number 27 bus which ran about every 10 minutes took us into Seville. Would happily stay here again

This is a hotel that is near Seville airport, but it is NOT near the city centre of Seville. The room comfort and cleanliness of the hotel are first class. It is a large hotel with around 200 rooms, quieter rooms to the back, as the front of the hotel is on a busy main road. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant one evening (from 8-11pm only) and thought the standard of food was very good. However, our biggest complaint about the hotel is the severe lack of English-speaking staff (not reception staff). Most of the bar/restaurant staff speak not one word of English, so communication gets lost. The hotel could easily address this by ensuring that there is always at least one bar/restaurant member of staff on duty.
