Cumberland Hotel Worcester

False advertising, absolutely disgusting.

I was charged 3 separate transactions for a place I refused to stay in. No one will assist in giving my money back!!!!

Central location, secure parking facilities. the breakfast was ok, despite the coffee that was not a good quality.

Poor restaurant facilities during the day, wanted to order a late lunch meal only to be told about the broken microwave and that the food will take long to defrost....we just left and went to another restaurant. Poor room in terms of comfort had the worst night's sleep as the pillows were like sleeping on paper. I even stuck the extra blanket into a pillow case to make a pillow of course it didn't make things better. the walls were damp with paint peeling off the wall around the lamp fixture. We left after 1 night although we booked for 2 nights we couldn't bear to spend another uncomfortable night there unfortunately.

The Hotel building is nicely renovated and the staff are friendly. Presidential Suite is well appointed with classic furnishings.

Very cold room, very noisy heat pump, unused fireplace, rowdy neighbours. Breakfast buffet was empty, shortage of milk, absent egg chef. Disaster breakfast.
