Good hotel.

They charged my card before arrival without notice, when we went to try and fix that so i could put it on a different card, they instead charged the original card a second time bumping me over my limit and incuring charges. While they did apologize, nothing else was offered or resolved. It was a mistake, and could have happened to anyone, but it was still an issue. There was no elevator, which may have been listed somewhere, but i have a knee injury and it made loading luggage difficult. We couldnt figure out how to turn down the AC, off was to hot, but on was litterally freezing. We had to bring blankets in from the car. Our bathroom door didnt close, and the bed had a significant lean to it. Over all i may stay again, but we would need a first floor room for sure at least. Still reasonable for the price. The hot tub was nice, the parking was easy and the staff was helpful and kind.

First impression was good but when looked more shower was broken and dirty prints on shampoo and shower curtain. I ran water through the coffee maker 3 times and it would glcome back with some dirty flakes. Door lock was broken.

Very nice hotel and decent location with a nice view of the valley. Super clean, and a fairly decent breakfast.definitely would stay here again.

Front desk staff were excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Recommend they add more disabled parking spots. There was only one. My husband had difficulty getting into and out of the vehicle because other parking spots were very small.

Toilets and showers are older.

The office staff and kitchen food preparer were amazing and friendly. We asked one of the cleaning ladies for clean towels on our 2nd day and it took her 2.5 hours to bring them.

For the price you pay i would expect a better tv only 32 in very few channels
