Found the bathroom and room quite dirty especially the walls, got questioned when i asked for more towels, bathtub was old and stained.

Older hotel, clean, staff was excellent!

We booked this property as it had an indoor pool, BUT it was sooooooo cold no guests could use it, it was not heated!! The pool looked good but the guests who were there at the same time as us, were also highly disappointed. We owned/operated a resort c/w indoor pool for 30 years, this water was not more than 75F. Should be at least 80-82/83 for a recreational pool

Quiet, clean rooms, cold ac, no complaints

It was a quick stay, hard to rate, however the little time spent was good.

The building needs major updates. Major leaks are very apparent in the bathroom. Door frame is rotten on bathtub side almost halfway up. Apparent water damage on wall behind the tub. I was scared to sit on the deck. Needs to be replaced. Service was excellent. We were stranded in Merritt due to vehicle issues for 4 days and they catered to our every need.

Great place to stay felt very safe. Pool was nice too

While showering the water temp turned to extremely hot - not a great experience!
