Staff is first class, very supportive. They also have a very good continental breakfast.

Only there one night but fine

Air conditioning units were really noisy during the night.

I had to cancel my reservation and was still charged the full amount on my credit card. I confirmed that they never lost a penny due to my cancellation since they were full and I advised the desk clerk prior to checking time. They could have rented this room to anyone else. I will never again deal with this motel nor Expedia. They even charged me the room tax for a room I never used. At the least that is tax fraud and will be reported to the government.

The staff went over and above with their amazing service and kindness. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much.
