"Clean Room, Large Garden, Nice Playground"

Novotel Bogor is very suitable for family vacation. They have large garden, so many facilities to enjoy, such as children playground, free horse ride, pool (well the pool is a bit small, but ok-lah), fitness center, etc. The room is clean, has a unique bathroom, quite surroundings. It was a pleasant stay.

Nice hotel with many facilities and outdoor activities. Room was great, bathtub in the terrace. Breakfast is excelent. The outdoor pool is surroundings with tree. free WiFi in my deluxe room. Best place for relax with family

"Bogor Hotel"

Reserved two rooms, both had musty odor that cleared after an hour of A/C run, give it a chance to clear up. nice hotel but rooms are showing wear, staff very nice, very happy to help out, restaurants good quality nice band playing. Best hotel in Bogor.

"Relaxing week-end"

Apart from the experience at check in my stay was generally very pleasant. The reception staff were helpful afterwards as were the staff in the bar and restaurants. The hotel is quite far away from Bogor city centre which can be a problem for tourists with no transport. This was not a problem for me as I wanted to be away from it all and I found the hotel grounds beautiful and perfect for relaxation. The swimming pool is on the small side for a hotel of this size, rather narrow, but was adequate when I was there because the hotel was not full. I ate in the hotel at all times and found the food and service to be very good. One word of warning, taxis are scarce in this city and need to be ordered in advance. The taxi drivers in the city centre (with the exception of those of Bluebird Taxis) are not to be trusted and are likely to switch their meters off and charge anything they feel like and as the Novotel is far out they see this as an ideal opportunity!! Generally the Novotel was very comfortable and I would recommend it to anyone.

"brilliant location, but maintenance should be better"

he room was smelly, this for me is below Novotel standards. However, the reception reacted well. When turning the shower we had to wait very long (about 5 to 10 minutes) for hot water
