Novotel Bogor Golf Resort & Convention Center

Hotel was nice and the staff at front desk, room service and transportation was very good. The bad part was the leaking ceiling in my room. I found the ceiling dripping with water two mornings out of three I stayed there. This disturbed my sleep and the floor was slippery due to dripping water. They fixed it both times but the fact that it was leaking the second time means the problem was more serious than a simple fix.

Very kid friendly. I thought they would have baths but only showers. King beds are huge and one whole Mattress. If you have to get two rooms because of a big family the rooms are side by side in little enclaves to give a sense of protection. But the rooms do not connect internally. Food buffets are great, and in covered outside sitting

The outdoor view is good but inside too old. Very disappointed for the un-trustful services.

We came here during easter break and it was a great stay. Kids loved it and weather was cool with rains every afternoon during our stay. Lots of activities for the kids. Buffet breakfast was nice, food was abundant. Spa was great too. Will definitely come back and stay here again.

I and 9 of my senior friends stayed in Novotel from 13th of April and checked out on the 17th morning. It was a pleasant trip. For us the stay in Novotel was a relaxing stay, with the clean environment, cool surrounding, good companion. The rooms are big,clean, and tidy. The staff are friendly and every morning there is a counter with coffee, tea and some cakes for people who has to leave the hotel early. We had a relaxing time and would definitely like to visit Novotel again. Please keep up with the good work. Thank you. khairuddin

The hotel grounds and atmosphere were extremely pleasant and very welcoming. The staff were friendly and keen to help. However the rooms were incredibly damp, with damp patches on the ceilings simply painted over. The rooms were dark and dingy. The towels, which we had to actually request were damp and dirty looking. Although the food was nice the waiting was ridiculous... An hour for children's ice creams after dinner, an hour and a quarter for bar snacks. Admittedly Chinese New Year weekend is busy but this should have been expected and prepared for. Breakfast waits were equally as bad, with no cutlery, bowls, cups, glasses or milk. We had to queue for over 20 minutes in order to check out. All in all what had the potential to be a lovely stay was a huge let down and was definitely not worth the money. The surroundings may have been nice but the rooms were worth a tiny fraction of the enormous price tag paid. Particularly disappointing as it was for my husband's birthday.

We love staying at novotel bogor, especially my 5 years old son. There are many activities for children there such as horse riding,kids club,outbound playground and swimming pool. While my husband and I,love the garden view and fresh air..

This stay was for business and the location was very close to our meetings. The room was clean but had a slight musty smell to it... The desk brought over some oils to heat up which took care of the smell immediately. The bed was a little hard for my tastes but i still slept well. Wonderful grounds but was not there with my spouse to enjoy it. The tub outside on the patio was a great touch...

Peacefull get away place from city.Its not in heart of city .Resort is having n traditional touch rather than a typical building.lots of space in an around the hotel n garden to relax.The restaurant area was open n best thing we liked, lots n lots of space n close to nature.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Location is far away from the main road, so it's quiet enough. Many facility for kids.
