"Location is perfect and staff are exceptional wonderful, polite and superb."

1. Staff are exceptional wonderful, accomodating and polite - especially in the restaurant & the bar - Angel & her restaurant manager they're absolutely great - will come again to the Novotel Hotel. 2. Location is right in central of Solo 3. Breakfast offers varieties meals

1. Outdated bathroom with strong sewage smell & damped smell in the bathroom 2. Coffee machine without coffee pods - need to ask the hotel for the coffee pods - better dont put coffee machine 3. No iron & board provided 4. No wine by the glass has to buy the whole bottle of wine.

The vibes of Central Java or uniqueness from Solo, the location is quite strategic, and the taste of the food are incredible

On the first day, the door of our bathroom in the room couldn't be closed ; but after calling the customer service they fixed it right away

"THE WORST, NOT RECOMMENDED"

We order 4 non smoking rooms and 2 double bed for each room. Once we got there they give us 4 smoking room and 1 queen bed on each room. If the hotel doesn't have non smoking room available at the first place, why on the website show available. It's a SCAM, we have minor traveling with us and the room still smell cigarette even after they do the treatment. The fourcet on the sink is shaky. The front desk is awfull, don't know what they doing.
