Lovely B & B. Near York hospital, a walk away from the city center. Very nice rooms and facilities.

Relaxed atmosphere. Privacy to come and go. Roger was really friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

It’s the best guest house ive ever stayed at.. i would love to stay at it for the second time.. every thing was perfect 🥺✨❤️

Close to York city centre. Close to where Yorkshire play at York. I got a BATH!! Baths are really rare in my experience!!

Management could have emptied the refuse in my room!! Changing towels would be good!)

Spotlessly clean. Blackout curtains. Snowy white bedding on very comfortable bed. Very quiet, slept well. Felt secure for female on own.

Good location, very nicely decorated and comfortable rooms. Cant fault it, good value for money (especially for York). Comfortable bed, soft towels

The only thing I would say is the room was a little bit chilly, I did turn the heater up. There can also be quite a bit of noise from the road although not so much that it’s constantly disturbing (of course the owners can’t do anything about this - just noting for future guests).
