Location was perfect

A little worn in places

The bed was comfortable

The bath didn’t have a plug, and no toiletry products. There was food remnants outside of the window which caused an awful odour when having the window open and the room was quite warm, I did try and wash this away with hot water but didn’t seem to work, I did try ringing the owner but couldn’t get through for some reason and there was no staff to welcome you or to ask any questions.

Comfy bed, clean and the owner was very friendly and welcoming.

Nothing comes to mind but the private bathroom not being in the room but down the corridor 🤣 wasn’t really that much of an issue though walking back to the room with my towel on..

The room was beautiful, warm and clean. A 10 minute walk to the centre of York.

A good tradeoff between distance to the city centre and price. Comfortable and charming room. We loved the present from the host, which was really thoughtful of them.

There's nothing to complain about, I think it was great. :-)
