Best Western Fort Lauderdale Airport Cruise Port

Very friendly and efficient. So convenient when taking a cruise shuttle is very reasonable. Breakfast is great very clean. They keep the food area very clean. Beds are comfortable. Always ample parking. Restaurants within walking distance Great experience.

It was mediocre. The air worked well and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean. I wasn't impressed but, not entirely dissapointed.

Excellent experience. Great value for money. Hotel was very clean, quiet, and great location. Marc offered good recommendations for things to do nearby. The room was spacious and well appointed. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing.

We waited 1 hr 20 minutes for the airport shuttle to pick us up after being told it would be 30 minutes. We asked numerous times how close the shuttle was and the front desk couldn't say they really didn't know. How is that possible?? And David the frt desk clerk really could care less. Bathroom needs repairs. Door handles are dirty. No outlets next to beds. The worst of the worst is the complimentary breakfast- so dirty, little bugs on the counters, disgusting.

Stayed here before and after cruise. Free pick up from airport. 15$ dollars to cruise port one way. About a 15 minute ride to cruise port. Close to fast food and bars. I would choose shakers. With in walking distance.

Nice convenient hotel to cruise port. Some staff rude. Room. Was nice, clean and .smelled very fresh. Breakfast was very dissappointing. Just go to McDonald's out front of hotel for something better.

Airport transport was convenient at piller E outside luggage pick up, terminal 2. Dinner at Slackers was a ton of fun, great staff. Best Western staff member Kayrl Lapata was very kind and helpful assisting commute transfer to cruise terminal, a refreshing bottle of water and hints of local businesses to support. Room was clean and simple, exactly what I needed for a one night stay.

I spent two nights at this hotel on a one and a half day solo trip to Ft Lauderdale and Miami. Free shuttle was convenient, and there is a free breakfast from around 6 to 9 am, a good way to save money on a meal each day. The staff at the front desk were friendly, and were able to answer my questions about transportation to Miami for the day as it was my first time in South Florida. Rooms were basic but clean, and the hotel is affordable in my opinion. I would recommend.

Okay stay for a night before a cruise. Complicated shuttle pickup from airport but a call to Karyl Lapata at the hotel was helpful.

Location was close to airport and cruise port. Free shuttle from airport and 15? per person to cruise port. When you go to cruise sport handle your own luggage and give to a person from the cruise line. We gave to the porter at the port who was greedy for a tip, We had to use the washroom so we didn't tip. When we got to our room only 1 piece of luggage arrived. But did not have our original tag, it was removed. Some other tag was in it's place. We had a plastic tag holder which was heavy duty with a 1" strap on it. Was replaced with a different airline tag which wasn't even ours. Second piece of luggage never arrived. So we did a search for it finally found it behind the counter of the ship with the tag removed. The ship didn't even check our name on the tag. The rooms were nice and clean. The price was good. The noise was loud on the first floor. The second floor was better. We stayed the day before and after the cruise.. Slackers is a restaurant and bar within walking distance from the motel, he food and drinks were good.
