Quality Inn Tyler - Lindale

The stay was very comfortable and the rooms were clean and fresh. The AC worked very well with the summer temperatures above 100 degrees each day that we spent in Tyler. We will come again and stay at Quality Inn.

Friendly staff

The property appears to be under construction or they are renovating. Maybe it was a dull weekend and not many cars were parked outside which made me feel a little scary, but my room was clean and smelled fresh. The ice machine was only on floor 2 and I am on floor 4. The lady at the help desk was super professional and kind.

Overall its ok

Location

The staff was nice. The room was not clean, drawer handle was broken, and there were roaches. I slept in the car instead of the room because I wasn’t sure other rooms wouldn’t have roaches as well.

The room area has been remodeled. The beds were really comfortable. The bathroom has not been remodeled yet. It looks like they are remodeling the hotel, it was noisy at night, but not unbearable. It sounded like they were working on a room next to us. Our balcony was at the side of the property, it looked like guests threw their trash on the ground. Staff was very nice.

Night desk staff was really rude

There is no hot water available the whole time and next day I ask the lady at the counter about the hot water she laughed at me and said you never asked me before you make the payment
