Quality Inn Tyler - Lindale

Location. Lots of dining places. Outback Steakhouse, Panera

Ive been in and out of this hotel for the past 3 months since this is the most budget friendly hotel with full breakfast in this area, who can say no to this. Aircondition works well, all rooms have refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, beds are clean and comfortable and no bedbugs. But i will say its a hit or miss because sometimes you will get a clean room without bugs/roach sometimes not, one room didnt have hair dryer, couple of rooms shower dont drain well, some rooms door to the balcony dont lock, some rooms smells weed smoke. Suggestion to the hotel management: deep cleaning of elevators and carpet of the hallways so it will smell better, use exterminator/pest control.

Not so good stay.. very outdated and roaches were in the room.. if I wasn’t worried about losing money from my first appearance I would have went elsewhere

Front desk service was great. Could do with a little more cleanliness. Cigarette smell in common areas.

Everything was outdated, looks nothing like the photos on the site. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Checkin was fast and friendly. Loves the balcony. No breakfast or pool due to COVID.

The rooms where okay. The staff was horrible, they didn’t know where anything is. Other than that it was okay.

The hotel was not in the best part of town. (Semi ghetto) and it felt a little uneasy. We had booked it for my husband and I and our toddler. I was a little nervous walking to the car alone. We even WITNESSED a vehicle be hit IN THE PARKING LOT the day we arrived. The room it sled was ok. Bed was fine. Pillows were super comfy. Nothing special, but we had NO HOT water for the shower. Like warm at best. Definitely not ok when you can’t get warm-hot shower. The sink got hot but not the shower. We all three took needed to bathe so we all experienced this temperature (at various times of the day too). I added NO COLD WATER to my child’s bath and he never complained that it was too hot (if it tells you anything). Our balcony sliding door also didn’t lock. It was broken. It made me feel like I couldn’t sleep restful. Someone could break in easily. Literally could slide the door open. We booked from Hotels.com and didn’t know the surrounding area or we honestly would have tried for a different hotel. Just being honest.
