Family room was an executive suite with two extra, foldaway beds. The bathroom had a swinging, saloon style door, with large holes at waist and chest level that provided little to no privacy. Doors like that might work in a massage parlour (not that I’d know) or the O.K corral but they’re not exactly functional for a family room. The teenagers were not impressed! Also, the air conditioning did not work at all and, being August, the room quickly became hot and stuffy. Opening the window was not really an option because of the noise from the car park and tunnel terminal. For somewhere to rest after a long drive, it’s ok and, being very close to the tunnel, it is very convenient for an early departure. There was plenty of parking space available but strangely the car park was also full of French police with cars, boats and vans full of weaponry. It was a bit odd but at least nobody was going to break into our car during the night!

Room downgraded (no refund) No aircon working in the middle of August no change of room to one with aircon Hotels.com were utterly useless as well.

Very friendly staff on reception they made us feel so welcome nothing was too much trouble and spoke prefect English. Due to Covid 19 the hotel was laid out differently however very well organised and clean. Breakfast was pre ordered and prefect. We also had our dog Milo with us definitely a recommended dog friendly hotel. A short walk to the Europa Center. We will be visiting this hotel again for sure.

Considering the coronavirus issue this hotel was excellent in both service and comfort. Location being near to the tunnel was great and we would not hesitate to return.

When We checked in, the Lady who entertained us was so lovely and helpful and all smiley which is a fantastic welcome and she made it more awesome when she upgraded us to the Executive Suite for free. Definitely coming back in 2 weeks time for an overnight stay before our son heads back to the UK. Thank you and keep up the good work. Continental Breakfast is great. Thank you 😊 🙏💕

Room was wonderful, the free mini bar was lovely extra. Clean and good price, I cross a lot from UK to France and stop normally in a different hotel, this will be my only option going forward. If I could mention maybe a bit more on the room service menu option. My wife is a vegetarian and only option was a curried carrot soup, maybe chips or a cheese pizza. Something with a bit more substance.

Booked on the app but the hotel was oversold. We did not stay here. Hotel. Com refunded the money and gave me a good will gesture. Everyone one so helpful it was just a genuine mistake

Great hotel in an ideal location for the tunnel. Everything is really good, but why do they feel that 16 euros is a good price for a breakfast. Almost perfect.

Staff was so kind and warm, made the stay very pleasurable. I found the decor could do with a little bit of modernising. Apart from that a lovely stay.
